We verify PayNow payments manually, usually within a few hours. You'll get an email the moment it's confirmed.

Physical products ship direct from our supplier — we don't hold stock at home. Order → supplier packs & ships → you get tracking. Digital products have no shipping.

Typically 5–10 business days worldwide. We email you a tracking link and the tracking number the moment your order ships — you can also check anytime at the Guest Portal.

Physical products: yes. If something's wrong (wrong item, damaged, not working, changed your mind), request a refund within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you via Stripe (5–10 days). Digital products are final sale — they're delivered instantly, so no refunds.

Use the Refund & requests page — enter your order number + email and pick the reason. We reply within 24h. Paid orders are refunded via Stripe (money back in 5–10 days). Note: digital-only orders are not refundable (final sale).

No — checkout as a guest with just your name, email and address. No password, no account. Your confirmation + tracking link is emailed to you automatically.

Open the Guest Portal and enter the email you checked out with — no password needed. You’ll see all your orders, progress, reviews and support requests. Order data is deleted 14 days after delivery for privacy.

Awaiting payment → Paid → Processing → Shipped (with tracking number) → Delivered. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48h.
